Managed & Co-managed IT Support
Fully managed and co-managed IT support that keeps your systems stable and secure, working alongside your in-house IT person where you have one.
Support that fits the way you work
WN1 Technology has supported organisations across the North West for more than 26 years, with most of our work coming through referrals and long-term relationships. Our managed IT support combines responsive remote support with onsite help when it is needed, so your people stay productive and your systems stay stable.
Whether you have no internal IT or a team that needs extra capacity, we work in a fully managed or co-managed model to suit you. From user onboarding and offboarding to everyday support, we take accountability for the detail and reduce the risk of things being missed.

Complete IT support, handled for you
For organisations with no internal IT, we provide fully managed support, taking accountability for systems, security and day to day issues.
Extra capacity for your internal team
Where you have an internal IT person, we work alongside them in a co-managed model, adding capacity rather than replacing what's already there.
Handled properly, every time
User onboarding and offboarding is handled as a defined process, reducing the risk of accounts or access being missed.
Remote help, with onsite when it's needed
We combine responsive remote support with onsite help when it's needed, so your people stay productive rather than waiting on a fix.

Frequently asked questions
What is managed IT support?
Managed IT support is an ongoing arrangement where an external provider takes responsibility for keeping your systems running, combining remote and onsite assistance with proactive monitoring. It covers day-to-day issues, maintenance, and longer-term care of your IT, so problems are caught and resolved rather than left to disrupt the business.
Can you work alongside our existing in-house IT team?
Yes. We offer co-managed support that sits alongside an in-house team, taking on the areas you want covered while your people focus on the rest. We can also act as a full outsource where there is no internal IT. Either way, you have one accountable team and clear lines of responsibility.
Do you provide both remote and onsite support?
We do. Most issues are resolved remotely, which is usually the quickest route, but some work needs someone on site. As a North West provider we can attend in person when it is warranted, so you are not left waiting on a problem that cannot be fixed down the line.
What is the difference between fully managed and co-managed support?
Fully managed support means we take responsibility for your IT in its entirety. Co-managed support means we share the work with your internal team, covering agreed areas while they handle others. The right model depends on the skills you already have in-house and where you want external help.
