Langtree Property Partners are a successful commercial property management company based in Warrington with expertise in investment, development and management of its own and third-party properties.

Langtree manages a portfolio of 140 sites comprising of over 600 units across the UK. WN1 Technology are constantly challenged by Langtree to find solutions to new business requirements to enhance and improve the business in this ever changing landscape.

Over a long term relationship WN1 Technology have grown with Langtree to meet their needs and to help support their business. Throughout the time WN1 Technology have worked with Langtree they have provided internal IT support, developed various system projects, brochure creation platforms, a property enquiry management solution, invoice tracking system and a purchase order tracking system, this is in addition to the ongoing Managed IT Support. WN1 Technology have also assisted Langtree in the creation of a stop time camera solution to showcase progress on new building sites, migration to exchange email servers, video conferencing solutions as well as various server upgrades and wireless solutions.

Not only do we support the core Langtree business but we support their joint ventures providing offices with managed internet services for their tenants.
